Processing & Shipping:

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. Cancelations are prohibited once an order has been processed. Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes.  Please be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Koseenza’s warehouse hours are from 10am-5pm PST Mon-Thur.  All orders are shipped from our California warehouse. Any order placed after 12pm on Thursday's are subject to be mailed out that upcoming Monday. 

Domestic:

Standard (USA) shipping orders are fulfilled by USPS or UPS. Shipping typically takes 2-6 business days to arrive once a package has been processed for mailing. Consumers will receive shipment tracking details to the email provided once the package is in transit.

International:

Standard (International) shipping orders are fulfilled by UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS First Class Package International Service. If ever shipping rates appear off, please contact us so we may verify for you. Shipping typically takes 2-6 business days to arrive once a package has been processed for mailing. Consumers will receive shipment tracking details to the email provided once the package is in transit. International customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).
